Yoga with Paula can provide a strength & serenity session prior to the start of the working day, during lunch time or after the work day has ended. Sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes and may be floor based or chair based. All workplace yoga with Paula sessions are suitable for beginners and for all abilities.
