Yes! Yoga with Paula is suitable for you as I offer Hatha yoga, a practical practice suitable for everybody regardless of physical ability.
Hatha yoga does not subscribe to any set sequences, each class is different with many options and alternatives available to suit each participant.
Yoga with Paula can be what you need it to be:
- Restorative if you have been under extra stress.
- Gentle if you need to rebuild your strength.
- Challenging if you are feeling strong & well.
Yoga with Paula provides the opportunity for you to reconnect to your needs and honour them with clear & compassionate guidance.
You can also relax knowing that I bring the following experience & training into each and every class:
- Current registration with Yoga Australia (member #1090)
- Trained & mentored by Wendy Samek, Senior teacher Yoga Australia and director of Om Yoga, Adelaide, SA
- Current First aid & CPR training
- 14 years qualified as a Fitness Leader
- 12 years as a qualified Wing Chun Kung Fu instructor(Trained under Sifu Jim Fung, Sydney, NSW.)
- Qualified as a Polarity Therapist since 2006.
- Current working with children clearance.
- Current Disability clearance screening.
- Current COVID SAFE Marshal training.
- COVID SAFE PLAN in place
My intention is that your experience of yoga is nurturing yet strengthening and that in the wake of your practice you are left feeling more connected to your inner stillness and serenity.
